So You Think You Can Taste?

Brock University's CCOVI has been running the annual Wine Tasting Challenge for 8 years now. Hundreds participate, many wineries and wine agents showcase their wines in the hospitality suite, and it's all free to participants.

The big prizes are handed out for the Professional winners, but if you're not sure you really know your pinotage from your carmenere and those Italian blends stump you, take the  Amateur challenge, which is easier and also fun.

In addition to the tasting challenges, which are held every hour, there is a hospitality suite where a number of agents and wineries will be pouring their wines. There will also be food catered from the Four Seasons kitchen.

I wrote a story about last year's winner, Evan Saviolidis. Read it here.
